Terms of Service

By subscribing to StreamPulse, you agree to these terms.

1. Subscription

Your subscription provides access to the streaming platform for the duration paid (1, 6, or 12 months). It is non-transferable.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to redistribute, resell, or share your credentials. We may suspend accounts showing abnormal connection patterns. You're responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable Canadian laws.

3. Activation

Activation is provided once per household. Repeated abuse of our refund policy using different details may result in declined service.

4. Refunds

See our 7-day refund policy.

5. Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Brief maintenance windows may occur.

6. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced via email or WhatsApp.
