Free trials are temporarily paused during the FIFA World Cup 2026 season to ensure paying subscribers receive the best possible 4K streaming quality. Trials will return automatically after the tournament ends. In the meantime, every new customer is covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee.

If you purchase any paid plan (1 Month, 6 Months, or 12 Months) and are unsatisfied for any reason within 7 calendar days of payment, you may request a full refund. We will refund 100% of your payment, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Message us on WhatsApp at 416-764-0202 or email support@streampulse.ca with your order details. We process refunds within 3–7 business days back to the original payment method.

What is not covered

Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window are not eligible. We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse (repeated refund cycles using the same payment details).

Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime on our Canadian servers. In the rare event of an extended outage attributable to us, we will credit your account or extend your subscription accordingly.
